PrintFix Technologies was founded to solve a critical gap in Kenya's market: enterprise organizations — government ministries, corporates, NGOs — were being served by small, informal repair shops unable to meet the reliability, accountability, and speed that institutional clients require.

We built PrintFix from the ground up as an enterprise-grade service organization: certified technicians, SLA-backed contracts, genuine OEM parts, and a management team experienced in serving large institutions across East Africa.

Today, PrintFix manages print infrastructure for government ministries, leading banks, multinational NGOs, and corporate organizations across Kenya — delivering uptime, cost control, and the accountability that institutional clients demand.
