How quickly can you respond to an urgent printer fault?
For organizations on our Professional or Enterprise maintenance contracts, we guarantee same-day or 4-hour on-site response respectively. For standard callouts (no contract), we aim for next business day — though we often respond same day in Nairobi. Emergency response is available for critical faults at any time for Enterprise SLA clients.
Do you service printers outside Nairobi?
Yes. We have resident field teams in Mombasa and Nakuru/Kisumu, and can dispatch to any of the 47 counties for organizations on our Enterprise or MPS contracts. Travel costs for out-of-station visits are discussed at contract agreement stage.
Do you provide LPOs and formal quotations for procurement?
Yes — we provide full procurement documentation including proforma invoices, itemized quotations in LPO format, KRA PIN certificates, tax compliance certificates, and company registration documents. Email info@printfix.co.ke to request a supplier registration pack.
What warranty do you offer on repairs?
All repairs carried out by PrintFix are backed by a 6-month warranty on parts and labour. If the same fault reoccurs within the warranty period, we will return and fix it at no charge. This applies to OEM parts used — warranty is voided if the equipment is worked on by a third party.
How does the Managed Print Services billing work?
MPS is billed on a cost-per-page model — you pay a fixed rate per page printed (separate rates for mono and colour), which covers all toner, maintenance, parts, and support. You receive a single monthly invoice with a usage report. We monitor your fleet remotely and replenish supplies automatically before you run out.
